My Story

I began working in design at the young age of 13 when I designed and coded a website about the history of garden gnomes.

During university, I focused on my scientific side, studying Environmental Science. I discovered a talent for simplifying complex scientific ideas into layman’s terms, a skill that’s proven useful in UX, which aims to communicate information clearly and understandably.

I’ve explored various positions, including volunteer coordination, marketing for a winery, and content moderation at a startup. Throughout these roles, I consistently engaged in UX projects beyond my primary responsibilities, driven by my intrinsic enthusiasm for the field.

My quest for professional fulfillment has led me from the Bay Area to the Sierra Nevadas, Washington D.C., and ultimately to Tokyo. Each destination has provided me with unique insights and experiences, further shaping my professional journey and leading me to where I am now, a UX/UI designer.
