I am constantly looking to keep up with the latest UX or UI trends whether that be from podcasts, social media, or chatting with fellow designers. My curiosity for the field and others leads me to constantly share ideas and grow my skills.
One of the most important lessons I learned over the course of my life is to “assume positive intent” most people are not trying to hurt others and it’s important to see from their perspective when dealing with conflict.
My passions and interests have led me across the world and taught me so much. From running a summer camp in rural Ecuador, to interning in Washington D.C., following my interests has always expanded my horizons and knowledge in ways I never would have expected.

Japanese Culture
For the festival Setsubun, the adults in your house dress up like demons and the kids throw soy beans to ward off evil.
So I got my cat a demon mask and threw beans at him.
